Busy weekend!

Below are a few pictures from our trip to the pumpkin patch today (actually called the Country Market, in Zionsville up on 421). In addition to pumpkins, there were animals to look at, music to hear, delicious apple-cinnamon donuts (for Daddy) to eat and many other activities, most of which the kids will have to wait a few years for... hayrides and such. Usually that kind of trip would be enough excitement for one weekend, but we also took the kids to Gymboree on Saturday for a class. Grandmom Deb was in town for a quick weekend visit, and her assistance was much appreciated. There were probably 10 other kids there, all 6 to 10 months. Everyone was so nice... we played games, sang, interacted, etc. This was a trial class for us, but it was a good experience, and I think we'll go back. That's all for now, have a good week!

Hoosier apparel

It's pretty much impossible to get 3 babies to smile at the same time. Or at all. Or look at the camera at the same time. Or not yawn. You get the idea. So I decided to just embrace the chaos.

See, Nana was nice enough to see that Big Ten justice was done -- she bought IU outfits for the kids so that they could represent both Mom and Dad's alma maters. Take that, Michigan! (See, the kids wore IU today, so Michigan lost; we'll see if their influence holds out to see IU beat Ohio State.)

Anyway, here's a quick slideshow of their kids and Daddy all decked out to cheer for the Hoosiers. And, as you'll see, even flawed photos are pretty darn cute!

Well, now we just have to go to Olive Garden

Brandon loves to hear Mommy talk about pasta. Don't try to understand it. Just accept it.
